Two types of hunger

Did you know that hunger can be divided into two types? Well, maybe, and if you knew this, maybe this article can work as a gentle reminder. On the other hand, if you do not know this, perhaps you may get a little useful.

Some of us eat when we’re happy, sad, tired, but mostly we eat when the stomach or growling, threatening to rattle.

One kind of hunger:

Real or Real

This can be defined as the body cries for sustenance to keep going and not just because of the mind calling for a specific food.
Expansion

When you really need food, need to start and grow slowly as the minutes to go, rather than a sudden desire to eat.

Eat

If you have ever heard of the children said: ‘I am very, very hungry, and if you offer them an apple or other fruit, and rejects it, opting instead for a slice of chocolate cake, they are not as hungry as they thought. This is not a real need. On the other hand, if you accept the fruit or anything else, what we offer, yeah, you can at this point.

As strange as it sounds, if you really hungry, and they will wait until they get enough to eat something, instead of eating a donut or two. This may be because the organization asks for basic foodstuffs, and not just the icing on the cake.

Stop When Full

When full, stop eating because the body is satisfied.

Feel good and energized after a meal

Having satisfied yourself, you will feel tension, and you’re ready, without having the feeling of guilt because of what she ate.

The following type:

Feelings

This can be determined that the desire to eat for reasons like that looks good, and irresistible scent, and not because you are looking to maintain itself.

Hits and suddenly something special

You can not wait to eat something now, and this is generally not a healthy meal. On the other hand, if healthy, they eat a bit more than they should.

To eat, but still hungry

Eating anything after being elected, they are still hungry.

Feeling guilty after eating

Instead of feeling good, then we have eaten if you were guilty of the plate.
